i have never watched this movie before. at first i thought it was scary how there was a man with scissors as hands but now my views changed. xD haha johnny depp is such a great actor and he played the character well.
from this movie, i learned that everyone has feelings... even a manmade man with an artificial heart. :)
just wanted to share....

I had never seen this movie before either and at first i thought the same thing. As the movie evolved i realized the same thing. Just because people are different does not mean they don't have feelings.
ReplyDeleteJohnny Depp.... They always cover him up with makeup I wonder why.. O so that's what he looks like (just looked up his pic online). He is a pretty good actor and always seems to play different rolls withing the many movies he has played. Maybe that is why he is such an invaluable actor, no one has yet made a complete opinion of him because his characters are always so different.

Like all of Tim Burton's movies, I thought this work was also very imaginative and it changed the way I view suburban society.
ReplyDeleteI'd seen the movie before, but i was just an immature 8th grader. Now that I'm older and a little wiser, I can appreciate the message. Johnny Depp did a great job portraying the seemingly menacing, but truly kind and sensitive, character!
