I AM
I am an ambitious girl. No I am not an over achiever like those who strive for an A; nor am I one of your ideal students. I am a girl of substance of dreams, and hopes, ambitious and desires, and I might even be said to have childish mind. I am ambitious, understand simply because I believe in my dreams. Like those girls you see sometimes in movies, it as though I have been in my own world, dream world. When they approach me they see only my naiveness, themselves, or figments of their real world-indeed, everything and anything except my dreams.

I love it!!!!!! As I was reading this, I kept thinking..."is this mine??!" because I can relate to it SO well and you basically wrote what was on my mind! Yay semarn! :D
ReplyDeleteGreat post! You make it evident that there is a side of you that nobody knows about, and your hopes and dreams are what make you, you. Very well written. I enjoyed reading it.

Interesting blog, gives evidence to your readers that maybe we might not know you for you. That theres more to the cover of your book. Great post :)

Wonderful post. It really shows that there is more to ambition than striving to get the A, and like Dane said, that there is another side of you that is filled with dreams and the ambition to fulfill them. Great job!

I really liked the way you talked about how people misjudge your inner desires, seeing it as "naiveness". It shows that the way we may perceive poeple's worth isn't always something that can be solely based on external factors. We never know fully what others think, desire, crave. I really enjoyed your paragraph because of this insight! Good job :)
